Yeah right this is my first time to wear the traditional clothes of Korean women here in Korea, called Hanbok which is often characterized by vibrant colors and simple lines without pockets. Although the term literally means “Korean clothing”, hanbok today often refers specifically to hanbok of Joseon Dynasty and is worn as semi-formal or formal wear during traditional festivals and celebrations. Modern hanbok does not exactly follow the actual style as worn in Joseon dynasty since it went through some major changes during the 20th century for practical reasons.
I have experienced to wear this during the Lotus Lantern festival where one of the lady in the booth approached me if I want to try it. This is my new profile photo in facebook so when my sister saw it today she emailed me that I already look like a Korean, I replied back “just in clothes“.

These photos were taken a year ago while we are in passenger ship and just leaving the port of Odiongan, my hometown.
There’s a lot of beaches along the shore if you’re going to notice it, anyway can you see the fisherman’s boat?

If there’s
Blue there’s red, so here’s my entry for Ruby Tuesday. Still taken in
Gyeongbukgong Palace, we really waited until the guard changing ceremony is done.
At the entrance gate, I am bit of mad that time because my husband don’t want to take photo of me beside one of the guard.

Happy Fathers Day to all Dad out there especially to my father and father in-law. Yesterday my husband asked me to send Father’s day e-card to Dad, it took a long time before he approved my choice. I just greet my father by texting it, because they’re not gonna see the e-card anyway, they don’t have so much time to get online because my sister’s class schedule is not good and too tight to accompany them.
Anyway this my entry today for Blue Monday, as you can see there’s two kinds of blue in my photo. Taken in
Gyeongbukgong Palace while they’re having a guard changing ceremony that you’re gonna hate yourself if you missed it. We are lucky that we are on time to visit
Gyeongbukgong Palace.

As what I have said on my previous post
below I am feeling lazy to connect my camera and somehow dig some photos on my folders. I just grab this photo on my FB, so as for the mean time this is my photo, being sentimental.
