I feel wordless today, I had nothing to blog and to say. It's very rare for me to eat beef, unless we ate outside. As what I have told on my previous blog the other week, we bought a lot of meat rather than usual and it includes this beef. I marinated it on a lime and soy sauce with onions and just fried it without oil. It tasted good because it feed my hunger in the middle of the night where everyone is sleeping.
What do your prefer with your steak, medium rare or well done?
