Mackerel
I think it was been more than a year since the last time I ate fish, so on our last shopping day I bought fish despite my husband doesn’t like it. I told him I am going to add ginger so it won’t stink, yeah right he doesn’t like me cooking fish because it stinks.
So the other I cooked the fish, I cooked it in vinegar and ginger Paksiw in short and as expected my husband complaint that the apartment stinks, I have enjoyed eating the fish it tasted like mackerel in the can. Haha!
