A Neighbor Found Eight Turkey Eggs in the Bush

Yesterday, I overheard from inside our house that my sister was talking to someone outside, it sounds like she is talking with the older woman in the neighborhood (L) and they are talking what kind of eggs were found in the bush. Curious, I went outside to take a look on the eggs and it was concluded that they were turkey eggs since they are not smooth, they are eight of them.

Turkey Eggs

It turns out Mrs. L found them while cutting grass for their cow; the eggs are wet since it rained a few days ago.  My sister asked our cousin’s son to call his grandmother to tell that their turkey lay eggs in the bushy fields and since they were already wet and there will be no chance that they’re going to be hatched our aunt gave three eggs to  my sister to boiled.

Today, the turkey went back looking for her eggs and the turkey is probably heart broken not finding her eggs since day were already taken out the bush the day before.

Garlic Fried Rice with Sausage and Eggs

Fried rice is one of the best popular variant of cooking rice and one of my favorite food to eat.  The other day while I am preparing fried eggs for my meal I decided to cook garlic fried rice because eating simple meal like eggs and rice is very tiring already, so I chopped a lot of garlic and onions to cook my meal and use two eggs and one piece sausage as my toppings.

Fried Zucchini with Scrambled Eggs

When I shopped a week ago for my weekly supplies I just bought a package of chicken and few potatoes. I adobo the chicken I thought it will take me a week to consume all of it, well maybe yes but my husband help himself to my pot of adobo so I was left without food to eat in few days aside from eggs.  Being bored for eating eggs everyday I tried different way of cooking from frying, boiling and scrambled eggs.

Busy Life and Unhealthy Eating

I finally moved out from level 65 in Candy Crush Saga but was stuck again in level 70. I don’t why I still keep playing this game when I know that instead of relaxation it is adding more stress to me.

Anyway as I am quite busy online I forgot to eat my dinner again, left no choice as my husband already ate the left over dumplings I boiled two eggs and eat with rice. My husband was disgusted when I pour oil and dashed of salt on my rice, he says I am going to get higher cholesterol level and possibly heat attack from my unhealthy eating.

Scrambled Eggs with Onions

I think the most easiest food to cook is eggs, just fried or boiled it and you will overcome your hunger. So I always cook and eat eggs (lol), just lately I am being tired of frying it and eating it with soy sauce or kimchi, so yesterday I tried scrambled egg without tomatoes. I put a lot of onions as well garlic, I remember when I am still a kid  I hate eating scrambled eggs with garlic and onion even if my mother keep telling me that it tasted good.

Well I think when you grew up everything changed, you ate what you don’t like to eat when you are younger!

Scrambled eggs with tomatoes

Yesterday I have been hooked up to blogging and  clicking my paid to click sites after going to Watsons so I forgot to eat my breakfast and lunch. Using the left over tomato in the fridge I fried it with scrambled eggs as I have done cooking I set it aside in our bed as if presenting it to Pookie bear “What is that crap?” he said upon seeing it. I told him it is eggs and tomatoes, he never gives attention to me as I am eating.

After eating my late brunch and early dinner, I continue with my online task and left my left over eggs and tomatoes on top of the microwave oven. When it’s time to eat his meal he tasted the crap, and he likes it so much that he requested me to cook for him on his next meal. That’s why I went out last night to buy tomatoes and soy milk and then headed to Watsons again.

So last night I cooked twice of eggs and tomatoes for him since he wanted more, thrice if mine is included. Pookie bear told me from now on if he said he want special egg for his meal  that’s it, tomatoes and eggs. How ironic, that the food he called crap, he is it calling now special, Lol, it is special for him, he doesn’t know “halos mapurga na ako sa kakain niyan sa Pinas” aside from Sardines with “Miswa” or Upo that’s one of our main dish especially in the morning.

Anyway, my ingredients:

eggs, tomatoes, salt, oil, garlic and onions

Procedure:

  1. Scramble the eggs
  2. Saute the garlic and onion until brown
  3. Add the tomatoes and cooked until it tender
  4. Add the scrambled eggs and mixed it in the pan

Oh wait, I added mono-sodium in my recipe, guess what happened. Pookie bear’s had a headache last night and his sinusitis bothers him. He is allergic to mono-sodium, so no more vetsin next time.
