I wake up around one o’clock in the afternoon yesterday, late riser huh? Because I sleep around four o’clock in the morning? Why? I don’t know, I just found myself editing some template, and writing few articles to earn few cents..,until today I’ve been working with my new template because I always change my mind which template I am going to edit. Finally I was through, I have tried to use it here on my blog but I was not satisfied, so I am just going to dumped all the effort I made (sigh).
I just had a coffee and eat few breads after I woke up, eat few dumplings for my breakfast. And now around twelve in the morning, I just ate my lunch. Below was my lunch, I bought it at Family Mart few hours ago, I was so scared when I am going home because I am all alone in the street, when I heard footsteps on my back, it was a drunk man. I walk-run, the strong wind makes me scared so much (lol). Thinking I am in a horror movie, Jezzz..I think I have to stop watching horror movies for a while..what do you think?
Anyway these meal was composed of rice, bugolgi, kimchi and pickled radish. It cost W2000 or P40.00 In Philippines I already have 3 or 4 plates of Kumo., Actually we have rice grain but I am so lazy to cook it especially I don’t like the variety of it. Jezzz, if you are going to cook it ,it is still a rice grain, it was also a brown rice. So what I am doing if I want to cook it I am going to soak it for few hours before cooking.

These picture was taken few weeks ago when we went to E-mart to shop. I just can’t resist to take a shot while I am waiting for hubby to finish his business. Most of the shoes where pink and if you’re going to look around you’re going to see little girls wearing pink clothes and shoes. I think Pink is really a color of little girls..hehehe

Nothing special just me while holding one of the two candies hubby gave me today when he arrived home from work. He said two of his students gave it to him, hmmm I think his students love him already. He just started teaching at this new school last week and now his students were so thoughtful to give him little candies.
I remember when he was on his old school, some of his students too gave him candies and chocolates or cookies which end up on me for sure. There’s also a time where one of his student want to treat him a Tteokbokki- a broiled dish which is made with sliced rice cake, seasoned beef, fish cakes, and vegetables. It is flavored with fermented sauce. Well just keep on giving because I am always here to eat..(hehehe) joke.

Have you heard of carbonated milk?
The other day hubby and I went shopping, beverages or soft drinks where on sale. So we just picked a pair a coke and a soda. Never thought it is not the drink we thought it was. It was a carbonated milk, a milk soda but I like it. It was good and taste a little like lassi.
The main ingrediments here are milk, sugar and carbonation. It is thinner but not too sweet and not to milkish. It also has very unique soft milk taste, well harmonized with cool carbonate. It’s got a medicinal, Tylenol-y.

Happy White Day everyone, it’s time to give some chocolates to your hubby dovey…
What is White Day? Does only white people celebrate it?
White Day is a day celebrated in Japan on March 14, one month after Valentine’s Day. It is also observed here in South Korea and Taiwan.
In Japan, Valentine’s Day is observed by females who present chocolate gifts (either store-bought or handmade), usually to a male, as an expression of love, courtesy or social obligation. The handmade chocolate is usually preferred by the receiver, because it is a sign that the receiving male is the girl’s “only one”. On White Day, the converse happens: males who received a honmei-choc (“chocolate of love”) or giri-choco (“courtesy chocolate”) on Valentine’s Day are expected to return the favor by giving gifts, usually more expensive. Traditionally, popular White Day gifts are cookies, jewellery, white chocolate, white lingerie and marshmallows. Sometimes the term sanbai gaeshi literally, “thrice the return”) is used to describe the generally recited rule that the return gift should be two to three times the cost of the Valentine’s gift.
White Day is also observed in South Korea, with an additional later Black Day observed for those sharing singleness.
White Day was first celebrated in 1978 in Japan. It was started by the National Confectionery Industry Association as an “answer day” to Valentine’s Day on the grounds that men should pay back the women who gave them chocolate and other gifts on Valentine’s Day. In 1977, a Fukuoka-based confectionery company, Ishimura Manseido , marketed marshmallows to men on March 14, calling it Marshmallow Day
Soon thereafter, confectionery companies began marketing white chocolate. Now, men give both white and dark chocolate, as well as other edible and non-edible gifts, such as jewelry or objects of sentimental value, or white clothing like lingerie, to women from whom they received chocolate on Valentine’s Day one month earlier. If the chocolate given to him was giri-choco, the man, likewise, may not be expressing actual romantic interest, but rather a social obligation.
In case of our situation, I am the one who gave him a chocolate last Valentine’s Day and he treat me on VIPs Steakhouse during the night. And now Korea is celebrating White Day and he is the one who gave me chocolate’s and a little bear, thank you Sweetie.
These past few days, Sweetie buy anything what I want..maybe he is trying to console me because I am depressed having a misunderstanding with a cousin…but we are ok now because she also admitted her mistakes.

Just a thought of sharing this, I found it on one of a blog from one social network I am member of:
The statement that we often hear. And this is a reality
which can not be denied, because a big lie when
someone who has been hurt either slightest incident can also be forgetting
it. Just do not forget the difference should not mean that in mind
continuously.
Did you know that in general we will be much easier to be
forgive an enemy than to forgive people we love.
At the moment we have not been able to forgive automatic events
painful it will always haunt us day and night.
But once we can forgive, could sleep quietly and not be
more disturbed by nightmares. Forgiveness is not meant to
forget about it or admit that what they’re doing it
true! Not at all, which one still wrong and can not be justified,
difference only when we forgive means that we do not want to remember
again.
Offhand, that hurt me for years, would be forgiven
is granted, as well as hot maxim removed by a year
rainy day! Herein lies the mistake of thinking you!
The main advantage of forgiveness, rather than for the guilty
to us but to ourselves. Through forgiveness we can
release the entire burden of our pain and stress that weighs
and torturing us for months, even years.
By forgiving, hearts and minds can be directly off
from all this heartache load! Ask yourself just the same, whether you
pleased with the punishment you feel up to now

Funny but true, we are willing to sacrifice it all started from time to money to be healed, but our inner pain we still maintain. Besides, to be healed not need to pay either in money or time.
Who can forgive people’s mistakes is a good person, while that can forgive and forget one’s mistakes is a
a wise man, but people who can forgive and forget mistakes
person “before” the person apologizing is a person who has
divine nature.

Here in Korea or maybe anywhere in the city, left over food has their own place. It is separated from other trash, it is not like living in the Province that you can feed the left over food to your pets or backyard chickens or throw them in the field as added fertilizer to rice plant.
On our old apartment we have small brown pail but as what I have said before we left some of our stuffs. Just today we went shopping for our groceries, I’ve told my husband to buy a small pail. He was kind of surprised because I told here earlier this week not to buy anymore because I am just going to use plastic bags and throw those egg shells everyday. But I feel lazy doing it everyday even the garbage area is just near us (it’s cold outside eh). So he went inside the plastic store I was just left outside with our groceries, I was kinda surprise when he went out. He is carrying a small, PINK plastic pail.

Hi guys, its been a long time since my last update eh. Whats new? Well as of 12:30 in the afternoon last Friday we arrived here in Icheon, to our new place of residence for one year or so. When we arrived the apartment was not yet ready, they’re still fixing and cleaning it because the last occupant just left or let me say was just going to left at 3:30 PM (lol). So it was really a rush job cleaning the apartment, well to entertain ourselves and mainly kill our time hubby and I just roam around the place, familiarizing the neighborhood and loiter around the shopping center. Looking for supermarket, food mart, gymn and etc., around five in the afternoon we went to hubby’s new school to see his new classroom and get the schedule from his co-teacher. The room was nice, so mellow-yellow.., unfortunately the apartment was not yet ready so hubby and I went to E-mart, Jade (hubby’s co-teacher) drive us there with her car. OMG! Our cart is overflowing with goods, utensils and etc., You know why? Because hubby was so lazy to carry our old stuffs so we just left in our old apartment, but I sneak some clothes hangers on my bag even he don’t like it.(Hahaha) Actually we had a small fight regarding on carrying our stuffs, because he want me to left my bag (luggage) and my shoulder bag which I have objected so much but in the end he won, huhuhu..my precious bags…I just left my bag (luggage) in the side of the street waiting for someone to pick it up…,while my brown shoulder bag was dumped on the metal box for usable items (my luggage bag won’t fit on it).
Well, as we finished shopping. WTF, no taxi around. I instructed hubby to went to the national road to get taxi but thirty minutes had passed he was not yet around nor a taxi…after few more minutes he arrived in his feet…Grrrr…no taxi! After waiting for so long one taxi came, finally we can go home with three big boxes.
As we arrived on our apartment, everything is clear and clean. Clear because our things where still on our bags, the new bed was still standing in the corner and etc., not so long our new landlord with his wife arrived..the funny thing was we cannot understand each other..hahaha..maybe they’re just welcoming us…

Isn’t she cute?
The other night we went to VIPS again to dine in for dinner but this time here in Wangsimi where our hotel was. We both love steak and the unlimited salad bar of VIPS. I love the seafood and the yogurt ice cream the most.
We’re at the salad bar when a cute little girl is hanging around us, I ask her name she speak something but I can’t understand it. My hubby is getting his drink and this cute little girl point to and says Cola, my hubby ask her if she want him to try the cola and so on.,
We are already on our designated table when I noticed this cute little girl is walking and passing by around us, she’s going to smile when I caught her looking on our table. She will also look to my husband in the side of her eyes, I can’t count how many times she walk around there are times that she feel tired that she’s going to stop and grasp for air and smile. Maybe when she cannot resist anymore she went directly to our table and talk to us especially to my husband while she is playing with the light beside our table. It sounds she is telling a story or we just don’t know maybe she is introducing herself or asking us, we just smile to her and says we cannot understand even though we both don’t know if she understand us too. She is so cute especially when she giggle on her own jokes (I think). When I show her my camera she smile and posed (if you’re going to notice her hands), she is looking at my husband because he laughed when she posed in the front of the camera. She stayed with our table for few minutes until her mother came and get her. Her mom says “I’m sorry”we answered “It’s okay” it is really okay because we enjoy having a conversation with her cute kid, and the kid entertain us so much even we cannot understand each other. That’s the moment where my husband says he regret not learning Korean language., he regret that he cannot understand what the cute little girl is saying. Me too I hope I know what she is talking about., my husband thought afterwards while we are walking back to the hotel maybe I could study and learn Korean language.
